James C. Blair of Horseshoe Bend Arkansas passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013 peacefully from the arms of his loving family to the Loving arms of his LORD.

Jim was born September 22, 1933, in Andalusia AL. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Harmon and Gladys (nee Silcox) Blair; two brothers, John Harmon Jr. and Demond Blair

He is survived by his wife Nellie Kate Blair, and six children, Becky (& Jim) Larsen, of
Waconia, MN, Dianne (& Mike) Tillman, of Lorain, OH, Karen Baldwin of Vermilion
OH, Randall Wilbanks of Salem, AR, Glenn (& Tami) Wilbanks of Salem, AR and Dan
Wilbanks of Perth, Australia. Also surviving is sixteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and one great great-granddaughter.

Jim owned and directed the success of Industrial Video Corporation, in Cleveland Ohio.
He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Vermilion OH. He loved to fly his private airplane, having over 30 years with an active license; He enjoyed traveling, and was an avid reader.
The body is to be cremated.

Memorial services will be held at First Baptist Church in Horseshoe Bend on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 2:00 PM.

Jim Blair relocated from Alabama to Vermilion Ohio in 1952. He served two years in the
Army and used his military educational funds to get an Electrician degree, while he was
working at Fruehauf Trailer, and later Ford Motor Co. After getting his Electrician
license, he opened Electronic Appliance Repair in Vermilion OH., after much growth
and venturing out he opened Erie Electronics in Vermilion, OH. From Erie Electronics,
which was an appliance dealership, he branched over to the Industrial side of
Electronics and opened Industrial Video, Inc. in 1969. He and his wife owned Industrial
Video Corporation until December 31, 2010. He was a true entrepreneur and constantly
educated himself. He will be missed by many.
